• A dry type earthing transformer is a resin-encapsulated or cast-coil unit that provides a defined neutral point and zero-sequence path without using insulating oil. Designed for indoor or sheltered outdoor installation, it offers high dielectric strength, mechanical robustness, and thermal stability, enabling reliable neutral grounding in medium-voltage systems where fire safety and low maintenance are critical.

Application
• Dry type earthing transformers are applied on delta or isolated medium-voltage networks in industrial plants, wind and solar farms, data centers, tunnels, and urban substations. They establish a stable neutral reference, often combined with grounding resistors or reactors, allowing precise earth-fault detection.
